Is music good for homework?

It really depends on your own personal taste. For me, I have to listen to clical or something non-lyrical if I'm reading, because if it has words then I can't concentrate on what I'm reading. But if I'm doing math or something then I can listen to stuff with words. Some people can listen to really hard music and still be fine, and some can't. Just try different things out. If you're getting distracted (aka rocking out to your music instead of reading) then it's not working.
