Is it really an issue to him and is he trying to say it in a nice way??

ok yest night me and my bf were just talking and stuff then he went and got a weighing scale from his room...then i asked him y?he said outta curiosity..i was so reluctant and he could see that but he still insisted..i got on and i weighed 60 kgs..btw, he weighs lighter than me..52kgs..already i have self insecurity issues and now is he tryna say somethin?like, i should lose weight or somethin?after that he says dun worry, "im sure in yrs ill be heavier than u"!!dat got me pissed and i just walked off and went back without even saying bye..he called, and said i didnt mean anythin..i was just curious..and he said ur not fat..i mean his exs were all skinny B*****S and the bimbo kinds..i totally diff and sometimes i feel that i cant live up to their standards physically but then i make myself better by looking at the positive side that among all of them me and him have the closest/strongest bond and we enjoy every min with each other..and now he does this weight thing..so what do i think?
