A Man a can a plan I am looking for a recipe?

I need a recipe for vegetable soup and beef sirloin mixed I was thinking of making like a stew out of it and I know in that particular cook book there is a recipe but I can't find my copy does anyone have a copy they can give me the recipe out of??? or something similar thanks
