Is the tremendous increase in NATIONAL DEBT because of tax and spend Democrats?

The Republicans cut taxes but still spend. You cannot do both and cut the deficit. That is not politics that is simple math. A good percentage of Republicans live in trailer parks and thus do not understand math.
