How can i write a sonnet?

i need a sonnet that has 14 lines and 10 syllables each. but it's hard for me to think of something nice for this generation, that also has to be 10 syllables each line. and the pattern should be a-b-a-b. i don't want it to be a normal love sonnet. i need something that would excite the listeners.
