Why news not telling whole story on dead POW?

A POW was found killed in Iraq. It seems to me 3/4 the blame should be on the US forces for not heeding the warning and for US history of torture on Iraqis. The reports conveniently forgot the part that said Al Qaeda warned the occupiers NOT to engage in a search or the POWs would be killed. Why can't the news start being objective and tell all the facts instead of being a mere political/recruiting tool?
