I mean look I have been following the diet for 4 weeks. I was 197lbs and now 182lbs. I'm still losing weight and it's not just weight inches. I have lost inches. I have gone from 36' to 32' on my waist. You can't lose muscle on a high protein diet. So I don't see anyway in which the diet is wrong. What's so bad about using stored body fat for energy instead of carbohydrates.
