Skateboard question?

I am kinda new to skateboarding and i got a cheaper board its a kryptonics custom series. all cryptonics deck, trucks, bearings and im pretty good i can ollie a little bit but i have a feeling that my board could be a bit heavy or something also the bearings seem really tight barely allowing the wheels to spin.. any suggestions,comments, or anything are awesome thanks
