Lip Piercing WHAAAAATS GOIN ONN :S?

I have my lip pierced, and it did the same thing. I noticed that what I had in irritated it, and made it look infected, I changed it to a hoop after the swelling went down, and since then I've had no problem with it. So maybe try changing your labret to something that's not gold, or just try putting in a hoop. It could just be that whatever is on your labret, your allergic to, and it's infecting your lip.
