Is it possible that I have ?

I noticed a red bump on my ball sack and I thought I had , but i looked up some pictures and other answers on here, and I just declared no, but then I noticed another red bump, same size and everything on my actual underneath the head, and now I'm worried. My dad mentioned to me a while back he had genital and my sister has it too he said, he never mentioned if it was hereditary or not, but I wanted to see if I'm worrying about nothing before i confront my parents about it, so please help!
