I have an Advent 7087 laptop not working properly.?

The above mentioned laptop has some problem with it's R/RW DVD drive. I suppose CD is not spinning properly inside due to some technical error. How can I sovle this problem ? I am loacated in Ahmedabad, India. Thanks the answer in advance.
