Crazy phyco girl!!!?

I met a girl two days ago over IM, she is now saying she loves me and she is a year older. She even woke up at 3am to talk to me I think she is a bunny boiler.. what shoud I do block her or still talk to her to be honest I would block her she has a wholee box of screws loose.. have you had this before if so what did you do?
