Does the Claire's store in the Galleria Malls in Henderson, NV do free piercings?

I heard Claire's gives you a free ear piercing when you buy a pair of earrings...I was just wondering if the one at the Galleria Mall does... Also does it hurt and do they do one pair of piercings per pair of earrings because I want to get my ears pierced like Fergie's and go all the way up...
