I'm a little confused. Are you asking about treating Ich on your tetra? If so then make sure your using medication that treats Ich and does not use copper as an active ingredient. Isolate the fish from other fish to prevent infecting the rest of the tank. Keep the hospital tank warm around 80F and make sure you place an airstone on the tank to help with oxygenation of the water. Keep the fish isolate an additional week after the spots go away to make sure they do not return.
